Ingredients
- 130 g Kabocha Japanese Pumpkin
- ½ Bell Pepper
- ½ Onion
- White sesame seeds to taste
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin sweet rice wine
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Cut the pumpkin into 5 mm pieces and the bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pumpkin, onion and bell pepper over medium heat.
- When the ingredients are cooked, add the seasoning, turn the heat up high, and cook the mixture until it is thickened.
- Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
