Ingredients
- 80 g Pork Ribs
- 100 g Cabbage
- 100 g Spinach
- 50 g Carrot
- 15 g Chili Oil
- 8 g Consomme
- 15 g Soy Sauce
- 10 g Sesame Seeds
- Sesame oil To taste
Instructions
- Chop cabbage and spinach in bite size.
- Slice carrot in rectangle shape.
- Warp a pan on medium heat with sesame oil in it.
- Stir fry sliced pork rib.
- Stir fry carrots and cabbages and once carrots get soft, add spinaches and continue to stir fry them.
- Once the spinaches get softed, add the chicken soup stock, soy sauce, and chili oil. Stir fry them together.
- Stop the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
