Ingredients
- 400 g Sushi Rice
- 6 pieces Salmon
- 3 pieces Egg
- 15 g Potato Starch
- Salt
- Oil
- 50 g Carrots
- Broccoli
Instructions
- Mix the eggs, potato starch, and salt in a bowl.
- Then, in a frying pan with oil, begin frying the eggs in a thin layer. Cook them until the eggs are no longer runny, then roll them up. Cut the roll into thin strips.
- Using a flower shaped cookie cutter or mold, cut the carrots up into flowers, then boil them (can be done in a microwave).
- The broccoli is also for decorating, so please boil as much as you need. The leftover veggies can be used for a side salad.

- Layout the salmon on plastic wrap, then place the sushi rice on top. Wrap the plastic wrap around the salmon and rice while shaping it into a ball. The same should be done with the egg strips.
- Move the temari sushi onto a serving plate and top the salmon with little pieces of broccoli. Place the star shaped carrots along the outer rim of the plate, then you are finished.
