I love rice and often make risotto with many kinds of soup. This time I would like to introduce creamy and milky, and a bit Japanese wafu flavor risotto.

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 15 g Salmon Flakes
- 15 g Pizza Cheese
- 50 g Spinach
- 50 ml Milk
- 20 ml Fresh Cream
- 100 ml Water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried Basil
- 10 g Butter
Instructions
- Wash the spinach, then cut it up into bite-size pieces.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, then saute the spinach and salmon flakes.
- Mix in the rice. Once all of the rice is mixed in, add the milk, fresh cream, and water, then saute until it thickens.
- Once thickened, add the cheese, salt, and pepper. Move to a serving plate and you’re done.
Notes
The salmon flakes also add flavor to the dish, so just salt and pepper is enough for additional flavoring. The fresh cream and cheese makes the risotto much richer. Basil is also a perfect match for this dish.
