Ingredients
- 1 piece Bread
- 80 g Chicken Leg
- ½ piece Onion
- 20 g Cheese
- 15 g Sugar
- 15 g Soy Sauce
- 15 g Mirin
- Seaweeds Shredded
Instructions
- Slice onions in 3 millmeter thick.
- Chop the chicken in 3 centimeter block.
- Make a square whole in the center of the bread. Please keep the bread took out as it will be used in later process.
- Stir fry chicken on medium heat, Once chicken gets lightly cooked, add onions and continue stir frying together.
- Add sugar, mirin, and soy sauce to the pan and mix together.
- Once chicken and onions are mixed with the sauce and look a bit sticky, stop the heat.
- Put the chicken and onions into the whole of the bread.
- Put the bread piece on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded (pizza) cheese on top of the bread.
- Heat the bread in oven toaster for 8 minutes.
- Once cooked, sprinkle seaweeds on top.
